Mejit is an island located in the Pacific Ocean and serves as a legislative district within the Ratak Chain of the Marshall Islands. It is situated approximately 110 kilometers (68 miles) northeast of Wotje, positioned east of the main line of the Ratak chain.
Geologically distinct from many other islands in the Marshall Islands, Mejit is a stony island rather than a coral atoll. However, it is characterized by a fringing coral reef that encloses a narrow lagoon. As of the 2021 census, the island had a population of 230 residents.
