Andoany, formerly and more commonly known as Hell-Ville, is a city located in the Diana Region of Madagascar. It serves as the capital of Nosy Be island and is situated at the geographical coordinates 13°24′0″S 48°16′0″E.
The city had an estimated population of 39,500 in 2013. It remains a primary urban center for the surrounding island region.
