Itampolo is a town and commune located in southwestern Madagascar. It serves as an administrative division within the district of Ampanihy, which is situated in the Atsimo-Andrefana Region.
According to the 2001 commune census, the population of Itampolo was estimated to be approximately 32,000 residents.
