Sitampiky is a rural municipality located in north-western Madagascar. It is situated approximately 240 kilometres north-west of the national capital, Antananarivo.
The municipality belongs to the district of Ambato-Boeni within the Boeny Region. According to the 2001 commune census, the population of Sitampiky was estimated to be approximately 21,000 residents.
