Amparafaravola is a rural municipality located in Madagascar within the Alaotra-Mangoro Region. It serves as the seat of the Amparafaravola district and is situated approximately 65 kilometers away from the town of Ambatondrazaka.
As of 2018, the municipality had a population of 33,299 residents. These inhabitants are distributed across 21 distinct villages known as Fokontany, including Marotaolana, Antanambao, Ambohimandroso, and Amparafaravola.
