Antanifotsy is an urban municipality and district situated in the Vakinankaratra Region of Madagascar. As of 2018, the city had a recorded population of 54,448 residents.
The location is positioned approximately 112 km from the capital city of Antananarivo and 60 km from Antsirabe. It is situated 3 km off the RN7 at Ilempona Gara, which serves as the entrance to the town. Additionally, Antanifotsy functions as a railway station on the Antananarivo - Antsirabe line.
