Monte-Carlo

Monaco

Monte Carlo is an official administrative area located in the principality of Monaco. It serves as one of the country's four traditional quarters, situated at the eastern end of the nation alongside Fontvieille, Monaco-Ville, and La Condamine.

While "Monte Carlo" specifically refers to the ward of Monte Carlo/Spélugues, the name is also used informally to describe the larger Monte Carlo Quarter. This broader district encompasses several wards, including La Rousse/Saint Roman, Larvotto/Bas Moulins, and Saint Michel.

The permanent population of the specific ward of Monte Carlo is approximately 3,500 residents. In contrast, the total population for the entire Monte Carlo Quarter is estimated to be about 15,000 people.
