La Rousse, formerly known as La Rousse-Saint Roman, is the northernmost ward located within the Principality of Monaco. It is situated in the traditional quarter of Monte Carlo.
The area serves as a residential and administrative section of the principality and has been home to a police station since 2018. This facility is positioned near the border with France.
