Taghazout

Taghazout is a small Berber fishing village located in southwestern Morocco, situated approximately 19 km (12 mi) north of the city of Agadir. The local population is primarily of Berber origin.

The economy of the region is based on fishing, tourism, and the production of Argan oil. In recent years, tourism has become increasingly significant to the local economy, establishing Taghazout as a popular destination for surfing.
