Aït Melloul is a city located on the west coast of Morocco. It is situated in the suburban area of Agadir, specifically just southeast of Inezgane on the southern bank of the Sous River.
The city is part of the Inezgane-Aït Melloul prefecture within the administrative subdivision of Ait Melloul. According to the 2014 population census, Aït Melloul is home to 39,697 households and a total population of 171,847 inhabitants.
