Telouet Kasbah is a historic kasbah located in the northern region of Morocco's Ouarzazate Province. It sits along the former caravan route that connected the Sahara Desert to Marrakesh over the Atlas Mountains.
The structure served as the seat of power for the El Glaoui family and is frequently referred to as the Palace of Glaoui. Construction on the site began in 1860 and continued with various expansions in subsequent years. While it remains a site that can be visited, the building has suffered steady damage over time and is currently in a state of slow collapse. Restoration work was initiated at the property in 2010.
