Ait Ourir is a town and municipality located in the Al Haouz Province within the Marrakesh-Safi region of Morocco. It is situated on the northern bank of the Ourika River, positioned approximately 33.3 kilometres east of the city centre of Marrakesh and 29.8 kilometres by road to the northwest of Tighedouine.
According to the 2004 census, the commune had a total population of 20,005 people residing in 3,767 households. The area serves as a local municipality within the broader geographical landscape of the Marrakesh-Safi region.
