Mohammedia is a port city located on the west coast of Morocco within the Casablanca-Settat region. Situated between the cities of Casablanca and Rabat, it was known by the name Fedala until 1960.

The city serves as the primary hub for the Moroccan petroleum industry, hosting the country's most significant oil refinery, the Samir Refinery. As of a 2024 estimate, Mohammedia has a population of 514,057.
