El Hajeb is a city situated in the Fès-Meknès region of Morocco. It serves as the capital of El Hajeb Province and had a recorded population of 41,359 in 2014.
The city is positioned along the P21 road, which provides transit for visitors traveling toward Azrou and Ifrane. The majority of the local inhabitants are descendants of the Zayanes, a Berber people.
