Jumayl is a town situated in the central Nuqat al Khams District of western Libya. It is located approximately 10 kilometres (6 miles) southwest of Zuwarah, which serves as a Mediterranean Sea port.
As of 2010, the population of Jumayl was estimated to be 102,000 residents.
