Vilkupe, also known as Wolves' river, is a small village situated in Latvia. It is located within Aknīste Parish, part of the Jēkabpils Municipality in the Selonia region.
The village center is positioned in the Suseja river valley and shares borders with the neighboring localities of Gārsene, Asere (Asare), and Susēja. It is accessible via road V822, which connects the village to its surrounding neighbors.
