Esch-sur-Sûre is a commune and small town located in north-western Luxembourg. It is situated within the canton of Wiltz.
The municipality was historically notable for being the second smallest commune by area in Luxembourg. This status changed in 2011 following the merger of the neighboring communes of Neunhausen and Heiderscheid into Esch-sur-Sûre.
