Balpyk Bi is a settlement located in south-eastern Kazakhstan. It serves as the administrative capital of the Koksu District within the Jetisu Region.
The town is named in honor of Balpyk Derbisaliuly, an 18th-century Kazakh military hero. The population of the settlement is recorded at approximately 12,145 to 12,654 residents.
