Uspenka is a rural settlement located in the Luhansk Raion of the Luhansk Oblast region in Ukraine. It is situated within the Lutuhyne urban hromada in the eastern part of the greater Donbas region.
The settlement had an estimated population of 8,550 to 8,895 residents as of 2013. While it serves as a rural locality, its position within the Donbas region is a defining geographical characteristic.
