Derzhavinsk is a town located in the Akmola Region of Kazakhstan. It serves as the administrative center of the Zharkain District. The town's population was recorded at 6,307 as of 2020.
The European route E123 passes through the town. Historically, the settlement was known as Derzhavinsk before being renamed Kenesary in 2026.
