Farwaniya is an area located within the Farwaniya Governorate of Kuwait. It is situated inside the agglomeration of Kuwait City and is recognized as the most populated area in the country.
The district is bordered by major transportation routes, with the Ghazali Expressway passing to its west and the road leading to Kuwait International Airport to its east; both roads run in a north–south direction. The area provides various public facilities, including mosques, hospitals, a university, and a park.
