Chinju

Jinju is a city located in the South Gyeongsang Province of South Korea. It is historically significant as the site of the first and second Sieges of Jinju by Japanese forces during the Imjin War in 1592 and 1593, respectively.

The city features several cultural-historical tourist attractions, including the Jinju Fortress, the Jinju National Museum, and the Nam-gang Prehistoric Site Museum. Additionally, the eastern part of the city houses the Republic of Korea Air Force Education and Training Command.
