Sijung County is a kun, or county, located in the Chagang province of North Korea. It serves as an administrative division within the region and shares borders with several neighboring areas, including Kanggye and Changgang to the east, Manpo to the north and west, and Wiwon to the south.
The county was established as a separate entity in 1952 during a general reorganization of local government. Prior to this administrative change, Sijung was formerly part of Kanggye County.
