Memot District is a district, or srok, located in Cambodia's Tboung Khmum Province. The administrative center of the district is Memot town, which is situated approximately 80 kilometres (50 miles) east of the provincial capital, Kampong Cham, by road.
The area serves as a border district for the country. It is located near the Vietnamese border, with the city of Tây Ninh in Vietnam being roughly 80 kilometres (50 miles) away by road.
