Thma Puok is a district (Srok) located in the northern part of Banteay Meanchey province in north-western Cambodia. The administrative center of the district is Thma Puok town, which is situated approximately 42 kilometres north of Sisophon, the provincial capital, by road.
The district shares a western border with Thailand and an eastern border with Oddar Meanchey province. While no national highways pass through the area, national road 56 connects Sisophon to Samraong in Oddar Meanchey province, crossing the district from north to south.
Thma Puok is notable for housing the large temple complex of Banteay Chhmar. Constructed during the late 12th or early 13th century by Jayavarman VII, the temple serves as a modest tourist destination within the region.
