Ou Ya Dav District is a district located in the Ratanakiri Province of northeast Cambodia. It serves as one of the administrative subdivisions within this province.
The district has experienced significant demographic growth over recent decades. In 1998, the recorded population was 10,898, which increased to a total of 29,932 by the year 2019.
