Ou Chum is a district situated in the Ratanakiri Province of north-east Cambodia. It serves as a rural administrative area characterized by its distribution across several local jurisdictions.
The district is composed of seven communes which contain a total of 37 villages. As of 1998, the recorded population of Ou Chum was 11,863 residents.
