Bar Kaev District is a geographical administrative division located in the north-eastern region of Cambodia. It is situated within the Ratanakiri Province and serves as one of the primary districts in that area.
The district is composed of six communes. According to census data from 1998, the population of Bar Kaev District was recorded at 11,758 residents.
