Mean Chey is an administrative district, known as a khan, situated in the south-eastern portion of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It serves as one of the primary urban divisions within the capital city.
As of 2019, Mean Chey is recognized as the second most populous district in Phnom Penh. While its population decreased from 2008 levels due to boundary changes, it remains a significant residential and administrative area in the region.
