Kang Meas is a district (srok) located in the Kampong Cham province of Cambodia. The district capital is Peam Chi Kang town, which is situated approximately 13 kilometres south of Prey Toteung on National Highway 7 and about 110 kilometres by road from the capital city of Phnom Penh.
The district is characterized by its long, relatively narrow geography, running parallel to the northern bank of the Mekong River for roughly 40 kilometres between Kampong Cham and Mukh Kampul district in Kandal province. Due to its low-lying terrain, a significant portion of the land area within the district becomes inundated when the Mekong River rises during the wet season.
Transportation to the district is facilitated by National Road 70, which connects from the main highway and meets provincial road 223 at Peam Chi Kang town.
