Chamkar Leu is a district (srok) situated within the Kampong Cham province of Cambodia. The administrative center of the district is Chamkar Leu town, which is positioned at the junction of National Roads 71 and 222. It is located approximately 48 kilometres (30 mi) northeast of the provincial capital, Kampong Cham city.
The district is a significant producer of rubber intended for both domestic use and export.
