Ysyk-Ata is a river located in the Ysyk-Ata District of the Chüy Region in Kyrgyzstan. The river originates on the north slopes of the Kyrgyz Ala-Too and flows in a north-north-east and north-east direction until it joins its right tributary, the Tuyuk. From that point, it flows northward into the Chüy Valley as a left tributary of the Chu, which is the primary watercourse of the valley.
The river basin covers an area of 58 square kilometres (22 sq mi) and has a length of 81 kilometres (50 mi). It features a weighted average elevation of 3030 meters and an annual average flow rate of 7.06 m3/s. The region is characterized by four lakes with a combined area of 0.5 square kilometres and approximately 70 glaciers totaling 71.8 square kilometres.
A balneoclimatic resort is situated at the river, making it a destination for health and climate-related tourism in the Kyrgyz highlands.
