Tegermach is a river located in Kyrgyzstan. It serves as one of the largest tributaries to the Isfayramsay River, which flows through both Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
The Tegermach contributes to the Isfayramsay watershed, which covers an area of 2,220 km² (860 sq mi). The main river system originates in the Alay Range and is fed by numerous glaciers. While it historically flowed into the Syr Darya, current irrigation usage means the water now ends at the Great Fergana Canal north of Fergana.
