Kyzyl-Kyya, also spelled Kyzyl-Kyia or Kyzyl-Kiya, is a city of regional significance located in the Batken Region of southwestern Kyrgyzstan. It is not part of a district and encompasses an area of 78 square kilometres (30 sq mi). The city consists of the town proper as well as the villages of Karavan, Ak-Bulak, and Jin-Jigen.
The city is situated on the southern edge of the Fergana Valley, positioned approximately 32 km southeast of Fergana and 65 km southwest of Osh. As of 2021, the resident population was 56,819. Kyzyl-Kyya is notable for being one of the oldest centers of the coal mining industry in Kyrgyzstan.
