Kyzyl-Adyr is a village located in the Kara-Buura District of the Talas Region in Kyrgyzstan. It serves as the administrative seat of the Kara-Buura District and had a recorded population of 13,612 in 2021.

The village is situated near the Kirovskaya Reservoir to its north. Its location provides access to significant transport routes; from the main east–west highway through the Talas Region, one road leads north to Taraz in Kazakhstan, while another travels south over the Kara-Buura Pass toward the Chatkal Valley in the Jalal-Abad Region.
