At-Bashy is a village located in the Naryn Region of Kyrgyzstan. It serves as the administrative seat of the At-Bashy District and is situated approximately 35 kilometers southwest of Naryn along the main highway leading to the Torugart Pass. The settlement is notable for being the last significant human habitation before reaching the Chinese border.
The geography surrounding the village is defined by the At-Bashy Range to the south, which extends toward Lake Chatyr-Kul. The river At-Bashy flows from the east, traveling northwest through a gorge in the Baybiche-Too range to join the Naryn near Dostuk. The region's highway was constructed in 1906 and passes between the Baybiche-Too and At-Bashy ranges.
As of 2021, the population of At-Bashy was 14,655. The area is also recognized for its production of white honey, which is collected from highland esparcet honey plants.
