Kaiyngdy, formerly known as Kainda, is a city located in the Chüy Region of northern Kyrgyzstan. It was officially designated as a city in 2012 and serves as the administrative seat of the Panfilov District. As of 2021, the city had a population of 9,561 residents.
The city is notable for its strategic location along the Kyrgyz Railways north route. It features the railroad station closest to the Kazakhstan border and serves as the first town travelers enter when arriving in Kyrgyzstan by train.
