Usueni is a city located in Kenya. It was situated within the Eastern Province, which was one of the eight former provinces of the country.
The Eastern Province shared a northern boundary with Ethiopia and was bordered by the North Eastern Province to the east and the Coast Province to the south. The remaining Kenyan provinces, including the Central Province, formed its western border. Embu served as the provincial capital for this region.
