Tajimi is a city located in the Gifu Prefecture of Japan. As of March 1, 2020, the city had an estimated population of 110,070 residents living in 46,580 households. It covers a total area of 117.01 square kilometres (45.18 sq mi) with a population density of approximately 1,200 people per square kilometre.
The city is primarily recognized for its production of Mino ware ceramics, specifically the Oribe and Seto styles. Additionally, Tajimi is a member of the World Health Organization’s Alliance for Healthy Cities (AFHC).
