Toyokawa is a city located in the eastern part of Aichi Prefecture, Japan. As of October 1, 2019, the city had an estimated population of 183,930 residents living in 72,949 households, with a population density of approximately 1,141 persons per square kilometer. The total land area of the city encompasses 161.14 square kilometers.
