Wadi as-Seer (also known as Wadi Al-Seer) is a valley located west of Amman in Jordan. It serves as the namesake for one of the twenty-two districts within the Greater Amman Municipality.
The area is said to have derived its name from Queen Seer, a prehistoric queen who ruled the region. The district is composed of ten distinct neighborhoods that serve various functions, including residential areas, commercial zones, and mixed-use spaces.
