Linstead is a town situated in the parish of St. Catherine in Jamaica, located within the West Indies region. Geographically, it is positioned approximately 12 miles (19 km) north-northwest of Spanish Town.
As of the 2011 census, the population of Linstead was recorded at 15,231 residents.
