May Pen is the capital and largest town in the parish of Clarendon, located within Middlesex County, Jamaica. Situated on the Rio Minho river, it serves as a major market center for the surrounding parish.

The town is governed by a mayor and includes several surrounding suburbs such as Sandy Bay, Mineral Heights, Hazard, Palmers Cross, Denbigh, Race Track, and Four Paths. According to the 2011 census, the population of May Pen was 61,548, reflecting an increase from 59,550 in 2001.
