Villa Italia was a shopping mall located in Downtown Lakewood, Colorado. The site served as a commercial hub before undergoing significant structural changes to accommodate modern retail needs.
The location was eventually redeveloped into Belmar, which opened in 2004. This redevelopment project transformed the former mall space into a contemporary shopping and dining destination managed by Bridge33 Capital.
