Villanova Marchesana is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Rovigo within the Veneto region of Italy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres southwest of Venice and about 15 kilometres southeast of the city of Rovigo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 18.2 square kilometres and had a population of 1,109 residents.
