Vicenza is a city located in northeastern Italy within the Veneto region. It is situated at the northern base of Monte Berico and straddles the River Bacchiglione.
The city is positioned approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) west of Venice and 200 kilometres (120 mi) east of Milan.
