Tarzo is a comune located in the Province of Treviso within the Veneto region of Italy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres north of Venice and about 35 kilometres north of the city of Treviso.
As of December 31, 2023, the municipality covers an area of 23.8 square kilometres and has a population of 4,160 residents.
