Taglio di Po is a comune, or municipality, situated in Italy within the Veneto region. It is located in the Province of Rovigo in the geographical area known as the lower Polesine.
The town is positioned approximately 50 kilometres (31 mi) south of Venice and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) east of Rovigo.
