Pontecchio Polesine is a comune located in the Province of Rovigo within the Veneto region of Italy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres southwest of Venice and about 6 kilometres southeast of the city of Rovigo.
As of January 1, 2019, the municipality covered an area of 11.5 square kilometres and had a population of 2,191 residents.
