Pincara is a comune located in the Province of Rovigo within the Veneto region of Italy. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres southwest of Venice and about 15 kilometres southwest of the city of Rovigo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 17.8 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 1,298 residents.
